Hot 26
Experience the transformative power of the hot 26 sequence at our Hot Yoga Studio. This traditional Bikram Yoga sequence features 26 postures and 2 breathworks, designed to challenge and invigorate practitioners of all levels.
Silent Hot 26 has minimal dialogue and music is played while the instructor practices with you and leads you through the poses.
Buti MVMT
Buti MVMT: fast paced blend of vinyasa and power yoga with creative transitions and bursts of low impact cardio. This music driven practice leaves you feeling empowered and embodied. Moments of somatic movements oppose the fast paced structure allowing you to slow down, look inward, to feel yourself move with intention and emotion vs feeling like you have to perform. Buti MVMT is both grounding and releasing. fun and challenging!
In Marathi, an Indo-Aryan language, buti translates as a cure or remedy to something hidden within. Sometimes you have to lose yourself to find yourself. Let go of your inhibitions and let intentional movement heal your mind and body.

Experience a full-body workout like never before with HYC Hot Barre. Our isotonic and isometric movements combine the grace and strength of ballet, the core engagement of pilates, and the flexibility of yoga. With bumping music and a heated room, you'll sweat, tone and lengthen your muscles. Three classes per week and you'll start seeing amazing results!
