Service Description
Get ready to take your barre practice to the next level with Hot Barre: Advanced at Hot Yoga Columbia. To get the most out of this total body 60 minute workout, we recommend taking 10 barre classes beforehand. The class is divided into four segments including arm, leg and seat work, core work, and cool down. All props are provided, just bring your own mat and water. Come experience the burn and challenge yourself in a supportive and empowering environment.

Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your booking via the Fit by Wix App 2 hours prior to class. Walk-ins are acceptable, but we will cancel the class 2 hours before if no one is signed up. Check the schedule and if the class is on the schedule and the registration is closed, then walk in and sign up in person.
