Starting October 22, we are changing the class time for Yin and welcome Daphne into the studio as our newest HYC Instructor. Daphne will lead Yin at 5pm every Sunday. You don't want to miss it!

Bon Voyage! Kennedy's last class is October 25 at 5:30am, and we get to send her off with an optional dress-up Boo-ti Barre Halloween class! We LYSM and will miss you, Kennedy.
Casey's Spooky Boo-ti Burn is October 26 at 7:15pm. Send us your playlist requests, glow inspired!
